Communication Access With Purpose

S-5 Management LLC is a Deaf-owned business committed to promoting communication access, inclusion, and meaningful participation for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals and the communities we serve.

S-5 Management believes that communication access creates opportunities for people to learn, connect, participate, and pursue their goals.

As part of S-5 Management's commitment to giving back, 10% of the revenue generated from each interpreting assignment will be dedicated to charitable giving.

The 10% community contribution will be shared equally between S-5 Management and the Independent Contractor:

  • S-5 Management will contribute 5% of the assignment revenue from the Company's share.

  • The Independent Contractor will contribute 5% of the assignment revenue through a deduction from the Contractor's compensation.

S-5 Management may support organizations and programs that promote accessibility, Deaf community services, education, youth development, communication access, community development, or other charitable purposes consistent with the Company's mission.

S-5 Management may periodically provide information to Contractors regarding the organizations or causes supported through the Community Giving Program.
